Provision DUI Treatment, LLC is now offering Risk Reduction Program, which consist
of a 20 hour intervention class, 4 days 5 hours per day sessions, and receieve certicifate of completion after completing the course to get your license reinstated.
Provision also providing ASAM Level 1 DUI Treatment counseling at the Downtown location in the Albany Ga. metro area.

We've done our best to not only make our program informative and to satisfy court requirements, but to make it enjoyable as well. When you have completed the 20 hour instruction session you will have to complete the required exam in which you will need to score 70 or above to pass. Don't worry about failing, our staff will teach the instruction class so well you will be confident to pass. We encourage you to just do your best. If you have trouble with any of the class instruction or assignments you can always ask as many questions as you like.

After you've completed your required course you will be provided with a certificate of completion that will be issued out immediately. If you need it mailed we offer expedited delivery via FedEx and other options to make sure you get everything on time but you are responsible for shipping cost.

Step 1 - The Assessment
You must first take an Assessment, which is 130 questions about you and your lifestyle. The Assessment takes approximately 30-45 minutes and the cost is $100.00 (fee is set by State law). We accept Cash, Money Order, American Express, Mastercard, Visa or Debit cards as payment. You may take the Assessment anytime during our regular business hours, which are:

Monday – Thursday: 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

If you are unable to take the Assessment during these hours, please contact the office manager at the location you wish to attend and set up a day and time convenient for you.
Step 2 - The 20-hour DUI Course
Once you have completed the Assessment, you must attend the 20-hour in-classroom course called the DUI class or Risk Reduction Program. Provision provides this course every week with the following schedule

Friday: 6 p.m. - 10 p.m.

Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Sunday: 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Monday: 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Certificate of Completion
Certificate of Completion will either be emailed to you the next business day or will be available for you to pick up the next business day.
The DDS rules and regulation forbid late entry to any session of the course, so we suggest you arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to each session.
The fee for the 20-hour course is $260.00 ($235.00 class fee + $25.00 book fee). Again, this fee is set by State Law. The 20-hour course fee should be paid on or before the first day of class.
The total for the complete DUI program also known as Risk Reduction Program is $360.00 ($100.00 Assessment fee + $235.00 class fee + $25.00 book fee).
